Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. This helps ensure the safety and freshness of every product we send out.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at hellovitaminbee@gmail.com and we will make it right.

For unopened items, return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery.
