Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. Because everything is handcrafted in small batches, processing times may run a little longer during busy seasons. Standard delivery within the lower 48 states usually takes 3–4 business days once your order ships.

Yes! Orders of $99 or more ship free anywhere in the lower 48 states. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $7.99. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses, USPS rates are calculated at checkout and free shipping does not apply.

Yes! We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and the countries of the European Union with USPS. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are not included in your order total and are paid by the recipient. Some countries restrict honey and bee products, so international orders may occasionally be inspected or delayed by customs.

Yes! At checkout, choose Pick up at Bluffton Farm and Flea (172 Bluffton Rd, Bluffton, SC). Pickup is free. Your order will be waiting at my booth on the next market day, 10am to 2pm. Check the Find Me page for upcoming dates.

We offer free local delivery on orders of $35 or more in the Bluffton and Hilton Head Island area (ZIP codes 29909, 29910, 29925, 29926, 29928 and 29938). After you order, you’ll get a text to schedule your delivery, which typically arrives within 1–3 days. You can also pick up your order for free at my booth at Bluffton Farm and Flea. Just choose it at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

For the safety and freshness of every product, we can’t accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened items may be returned on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to your original form of payment. See our full Refund Policy.

Refrigerate it right after opening to keep it fresh and preserve the raw honey and botanicals.

Our label suggests 1 teaspoon daily for children 4+ and 1/2 teaspoon for children 1+. Because it contains honey, it is not for babies under 1 year old. If you have questions about your child’s health, please check with your pediatrician.
